The Pemberton Arts & Culture Council is hosting a booth during Slow Food Cycle Sunday event at Miller Farm (Across the Creek Organics) on Sunday August 16th and would like to sell your art for you. If you are interested in this opportunity, please be advised of the following:

  • This opportunity is for current members who are paid up on their membership dues, if you would like to pay your membership, please see our Join Us page: Membership renewal is yearly, due at the beginning of each calendar year.
  • PACC will take a 10% commission on your sales & all Artists will be required to donate an item worth at least $10 for the PACC raffle draw. PACC needs fundraising dollars to continue operating and your support is much appreciated!
  • The theme for the art display is bicycles, farms & farm produce – but all art sale submissions will be considered.
  • Art items are to be no bigger than 5′ x 7′ – so they can fit into a backpack or bike basket – anything goes, with regards to type (jewellery, prints, art cards, small pottery, stained glass etc), but it needs to be small.
  • If your sales item requires special packaging (boxes/wrap for breakables) the artist is to provide this.
  • Display stands/racks (if this is normally used for your sales) are to be provided by the Artist – PACC will be supplying the booth (tent, tables, chairs & volunteers to sell the items).
  • In addition to art sales, the Arts Council is organizing art related activities for children. Volunteer & supply resource call outs will follow closer to the event.
